Cancellation Policy

Services and courses rendered are nonrefundable once the start time has occurred. The service and/or course is considered as rendered at the scheduled start time and by your submission of payment, you acknowledge that you are in complete understanding and in agreement with the cancellation/refund policy. A pro-rated refund may be given for the remaining balance of cancelled future sessions purchased in a paid counseling package but yet to be rendered if the cancellation is made 36 hours in advance via email to info@drpj.online. A client may reschedule a counseling session with at least 24 hour written notice via email to info@drpj.online. All courses are nonrefundable at the start of the first day/session and time of that course, regardless of the amount of sessions in the course. Course sessions cannot be rescheduled.
